They find three bodies - now fossilized from the ash of the eruption in 79AD - and hand the remains over to Doctor Philippe Parks, an American scientist, who is cataloguing the preserved bodies found in the city. It appears that the emperor walked away from the explosions without a scratch! Jericho needs to get history back on track: and fast. Alex manages to have fun in the snow packed capital, and it certainly warms her up!”

The future King Henry VIII was born nine months later. Jericho is sent to investigate when the human timeline starts to change radically, and Alex finds that the Tudor Court of King Henry VII is quite liberated.”

It plunged England into chaos and civil war, with the young Prince Charles [James I second son] declared King Charles I some twenty years before it should have happened! The human time-line has changed drastically and Jericho has been tasked to restore it! Alex finds that men from the 1700's are just as horny as their modern counterparts: probably more so!”

According to the current timeline the machine was to travel – on the ground – several hundred yards and burst into flames. But to everyone’s surprise – including Fredrick’s – it soars into the air and simply disappears into the clouds! Jericho Tibbs is quickly on scene because the future timeline has changed dramatically and not in the best interests of humanity. Alex discovers that flying is not only the only talent on display in this Edwardian adventure!”

But one morning something goes quite wrong: she goes off camera to change an outfit and never returns to her show. Finally worried fans contact the company and to the viewers amazement and horror, several of the building staff break into the small studio room and find that Ellen has vanished from a locked room [the key was still in the lock, on the inside] which has no windows or other doors and was on live camera the whole time! Jericho Tibbs is also on site because Ellen's soul has gone missing too. Alex and Jackie go undercover at a web-cam studio and find that not all the sexual exploits are on camera!"

Alex is undercover as a maid in the private Papal quarters and finds that priests like to party and most have no idea what celibacy is!"

One old man with a wooden staff stands guard and the Kings Nobles and friends think the temple is ripe for plundering. But this temple hides evil, and Jericho is quickly on the scene to prevent changes to the human timeline. Alex has some close encounters with historical figures and finds that men are men, even if they are legends!"

Alex finds herself a 'Courtesan' to infiltrate the group and finds that Regency men could be amongst the hornist she has ever met!”

Now guided by the king’s mystic – old Geoffrey of York – she departs medieval London for early France [345AD to be exact] in search of the ‘élixir de mortalité’ which gives immortality! Jericho and team 74 are dispatched to ensure she doesn’t succeed….”
